The gospel he promised beforehand through his prophets in the Holy Scriptures regarding his Son, who as to his human nature was a descendant of David, and who through the Spirit of holiness was declared with power to be the Son of God by his resurrection from the dead; Jesus Christ our Lord.
Taken from the Epistle of Paul to The Romans; Chapter One verses two through four
What power is greater than the ability to reverse death itself? For us, death stands as the ultimate adversary, claiming one by one and without passion or prejudice all of the inhabitants of this world. Although this is the reality of our flesh, the greatest tragedy lies in those who pass on inwardly long before they cease to fully live outwardly.
There is a grand blessing for you should you choose to walk true to your noblest inheritance. Standing on the promise of Jesus himself when he stated “Greater things than I have done will you do” begin to walk in the power of the resurrection now.
There are countless shackles that have been placed on you up to this point in your experience. Shackles that limit your possibilities and become a present reality once you determine that the way things have been are the way things will always be. Shackles that have been determined by race, finances, failed relationships, poor health and so on. Though there are a myriad of challenges that limit, there is but one avenue of escape and that is through the avenue provided by the resurrection.
Believe now that everything that has limited you although formidable is not nearly as formidable as the power that is available to you through the resurrection. By believing that your creator has flexed his muscles once and for all by raising his Son from the dead, so also is he able to raise you from your current circumstances as you stand also as a member of his family.
Believe that whatever you face now has not the power of the faith within you, a faith that is willing no longer enable negativity but will only empower possibility. Say now to your grandest adversary whatever that may be that a bridge will be built over, a tunnel will be carved under or a miracle will be enacted as you walk in a power that is greater than death itself. Believe even as Christ did, that your Father is able to raise you over all that you face as you trust in him. All of the benefits of the spirit are not in the next life; no rather we begin to experience in part in this life that which we will experience in full in the next.
This affirmation is the most powerful in the universe, not because it has any unique power in and of itself but rather because it falls upon the ear of a gracious God who delights in raising his own to new levels of blessing. This now is your present reality.
